Refund & Returns Policy – Vexora

At Vexora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Digital or downloadable products
• Items marked as Final Sale

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
